Establishing a distinct identity

The Client wanted to establish a distinct identity within the Woodlands Game precinct.

This meant an entire update to the existing structure, chosen for its strong, natural game park surrounds in the midst of a city.

A Sustainability Ethos

An important factor to consider in a world that cannot sustain our current carbon emissions. To re-use is the first, and really only rule to consider when we cannot reduce our consumption.

The building structure was sound and needed a few upgrades to create a premium technologically advanced office space.

A Wellness-Centered Design Approach

To prioritize employee wellbeing, natural lighting has been integrated. Floor to Ceiling glazed windows show plenty of greenery, and nature views.
