To re-use is the first, and really only rule to consider when we cannot reduce our consumption.<br><br> The building structure was sound and needed a few upgrades to create a premium technologically advanced office space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2>A Wellness-Centered Design Approach <\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">To prioritize employee wellbeing, natural lighting has been integrated.
